Patriarch John X of Antioch and All the East for the Greek Orthodox, together with the Metropolitans, reiterated their condemnation of the events in Sqeilbiyah. His Beatitude and the Metropolitans expressed their rejection of anything factor undermining the coexistence in Syria. His Beatitude expressed these words during a solidarity meeting held at the Patriarchate in Damascus, attended by Metropolitans Basilios Mansour (Akkar), Athanasios Fahd (Latakia), and Gregorios Khoury (Homs), along with Bishops Romanos Hannat, Mousa Khoury, Dimitri Charbek, Yohanna Batsh, and Arsanios Dahdal.
